At the time I was only able to make class 1 day a week. Back in April, when I started coming to this class I had also just joined Weight Watchers with the hopes of losing 30 lbs. With dedication to this class and WW, I achieved my goal in August. As I was losing weight I was seeing the results of this class by the way my body was toning up.
